Vanguardtek provides an online platform that allows users to upload PDF files and images for printing on large-format, plan-size architectural sheets (the "Service"). The Service is provided free of charge, though additional services or premium features may be offered in the future.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and order placement process, as required.
  • Account Security: If an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Uploading and Content Policy

  • File Formats: The Service supports both PDF and standard image file formats, including TIFF, PNG, IMG, and JPG, for upload. Please ensure all files meet the specified requirements for resolution, scale, and content for optimal print quality.
  • Content Responsibility: You are responsible for all content you upload, and you represent that you hold the rights or have permission to reproduce and print the content.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any files that are illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Vanguardtek reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: Vanguardtek does not claim ownership over any files you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Vanguardtek Content:All intellectual property rights in the Service, including trademarks, logos, website content, software, and design, are owned by Vanguardtek or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without express written permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanguardtek and its affiliates, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
